This was from an Altered Book assignment that I had to do in my advanced art class.
The topic was "Your Favorite Things", and of course I wanted to do someone instead of something. So I did Bryce Avary of The Rocket Summer.  I never did turn it in... Maybe because I just recently found my book. And since school's over....... It took quite a while actually. We had to make a drawing in black and white but incorporate some color. The lyrics on the side are from his song "Story" off of the "Hello, Good Friend" album.  |
